The e-StateWebsite™ and the e-StatePortal™ interact with a secure centralized database in which all data is stored. When
logging in, it is user specific with roles and rights that are assigned to the specific member. Roles and right are assigned
to members at the initial setup of the database. This allows users to do what is permitted. Managing agents are therefore
allowed to add, remove and communicate with members, where a resident can only update their profile and view a limited profile,
but still can participate in all the functionality of the e-StateWebsite™. By having this system as your sole management tool
